Probably not many of us know that there is a group named "Diogenes" among the CQWW CC. Its members include K3EST, K1EA, KR2Q, CT1BOH, ES5TV, K1AR, N8BJQ, W3ZZ, N6AA, K1HT, S50A.

Once Crawfish, Swan and Pike Set out to pull a loaded cart, And all together settled in the traces; They pulled with all their might, but still the cart refused to budge!

Despite the fact that the observer program only started with CQ WW DX CW 2009, the contest results promise to be very interesting.

The CQ WW DX CW 2009 contest is over, and the main plot was the leading contenders station inspection. G3SXW was inspecting the EF8M contest position, S50XX was inspecting CR3E, and W3ZZ was inspecting 8P5A.

Taking in belief the information we have from the CQ WW CC about checking the power limitations then it looks like the CQ WW inspector should take local government responsibilities, i.e. he should check if the inspected station follows local regulations in all ways.

It is only a few weeks before the CQ WW DX CW 2009 contest but the discussions and protests on the 2008 results are still taking place.

CQ WW DX CW Contest 2009 is the first contest where the CQ WW observer program will start. As far as I know, inspected persons are: EF8M, CR3E, 8P5A

I just received an e-mail from Box Cox CQWW Contest Director regarding CQWW Observer program. You can read the e-mail at the end of this post.

I think everyone has noticed that the CQWWCC is becoming more and more open and carries on a dialogue with the contest community.

Computer technologies now let us make more QSOs in the contests, every year we see new equipment and computer software offered to help us achieve higher results in the contest activities.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of a change to rule XII of the CQ WW DX contest.

The battle for Ukrainian representation on Moscow WRTC 2010 gains strength so we see more publications in different contest-related media.

We persist that the station, named in this "analysis", actually called us during the contest, and we are interested not less than the rest of the readers who is standing behind those callsigns.
