Recently CQ WW DX Commitee has explained their ruling with regards to yellow and red cards in CQ WW Contest of 2010.
This explanation refers us to Single Op Assisted category definitions and leave us more questions than rules itself.
I don't know whether I should comment or not. I am offering you a following though:
If you are a contestman and you can spare some of your time please help CQ WW Contest Committee to understand their own contest rules.
Explain them every paragraph, every bit of existing Rules.
They sure need somebody to help them with writing of "explanations" before they post it.
