New activity D4C
Ranko, 4O3A will be active from Sao Vicente Island, Cabo Verde in CQ WW DX CW Contest 28 - 29 November 2009 as D4C.
He will be in SOSB Category 20m.
Outside contest he will be on WARC bands also.
QSL will be send automaticly via buro in 30 days after the contest, LOTW.
