The Intrepid-DX Group, led by Paul Ewing-N6PSE and David Collingham-K3LP, is pleased to announce our next Dxpedition. In January 2016, a multi-national team of fourteen operators will converge in Stanley, the Falkland Islands and start a 34 day voyage aboard the R/V Braveheart to the #4 most wanted DXCC, South Sandwich Island and the #9 most wanted DXCC, South Georgia Island.

News from Christ Tumadji, YC9GWR informed me that ORARI Club Station Bima YC9ZGG (ORARI Lokal Bima, West Nusa Tenggara) will going to QRV in Sangeang Island OC-150 (near Mt. Sangeang, one or two hours drive away from Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia) starting from December 10 - 12, 2014 around 5.00 PM local time (0900 UTC) with several local Amateur Radio Operators : YB9IPY, YC9HF, YC9GBO, YC9JAJ, YC9JYB, YC9GGF, YC9IPH and YC9GWR himsef.

W6RWC and K6TOP will be active from Anegada Island in ARRL 10m DX Contest 13- 14 December 2014 as VP2VGG.

After Tromelin, the Provins ARC, F6KOP will be on Robinson Crusoë Island SA-005 (Juan Fernandez Archipelago) from 24th February to 4th march 2015

On 26 October 2014 an announcement was made through various channels that I had obtained permission to land and reside on Bouvet Island (3Y/B) for the mid-January 2016 until mid-April 2016 time frame.

With South Georgia behind us now (in terms of radio operation, currently the ship is at anchor about a mile off the island) I am turning my attention to operating from Rothera base, Adelaide Island.
